Fantastic pool, but super duper crowded. Before they open there is an enormously long line and it took 15 minutes just to get through the line to sign in. I don't recommend this pool if you have difficulty standing in a line and/or hate crowds. Love the water slides, but this isn't the only pool that has them. Very convenient location, there is a splash pad around the back and a couple swing sets, and it's right across from the shopping center. I would go again but I would choose most of the other less crowded pools first when possible.

I enrolled my two young daughters for Summer swim classes here for the first time and wanted to try out a different swim program other than the YMCA. The first swim class had a morning temperature forecasted at 59 degrees. It did not change 3 hours before start time…2 hours before start time…or even 1 hour before starting the class. I was told verbally by the manager on duty of this aquatics center when I called a day prior that I would get a text or call if the class was cancelled (she wasn’t sure), and they were monitoring the weather conditions. Well the day came and went and I did not get a notification that the class was cancelled. This is worrisome as a parent for the child because of the freezing outside conditions to go swimming in. Seems like we were being told different things because when I emailed the Supervisor, she said the class was not cancelled and that even if the outside temperature is cold, the water will be maintained at a temperature above 75 degrees. This staff cannot get on the same page about their policies, or has a makeup class policy for this instance due to the short class session. Just fyi to take into consideration they are not lenient on this

I see people complaining about how crowded it is during the free open swim. That they should charge more to thin the crowd and lifeguards are too strict. Sakes alive. It gets kids our of they're freaking house and their life guards have a lot of people to watch out for.... because it's crowded. Because it's free. I took my grandson and he had a fabulous time. Two big watersides, areas to splash around and an awesome kiddie play area with it's own little slide. It was clean and there were 7-8 lifeguards diligently keeping an eye out. An FYI for those like me, who don't want to swim in a huge crowd. They have a crazy thing called a schedule with swim times that aren't so crowded 😳

We love that residents of Spokane get in free with a pass. This is such a great thing to offer to families in our community. It's large enough that it pretty much has something for everyone. My kiddos live the little slides.

Family friendly fun place to cool off! Swimming lessons too! 12ft deep pool with diving board, swimming area 5ft, large slides for the taller ones and a waiting are with play structure. Large umbrellas with tables for some shade or bring a blanket and sunbathe on the grass.
